Plumbing Apprentice

We are a well-established non-union plumbing contractor seeking a motivated and dependable Plumbing Apprentice who wants to learn the trade and build a long-term career. This position is ideal for someone who values hands-on training, steady work, and advancement based on performance and skill – not seniority.

As a Plumbing Apprentice, you will work directly with experienced, licensed plumbers and receive structured, on-the-job training in a non-union environment that emphasizes accountability, craftsmanship, and growth.

What You’ll Learn & Do:
• Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Learn to read blueprints, job specifications, and layouts.
• Use plumbing tools, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose basic plumbing issues.
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites.
• Learn applicable plumbing codes and industry best practices.

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong work ethic and desire to learn a skilled trade.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with physical work.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, skilled team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• No prior plumbing experience required – we will train the right candidate.
