HVAC Maintenance Technician Apprentice (Non-Union)

About the Role:
As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced technicians to learn the fundamentals of maintaining residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. This is a hands-on position designed to develop your technical skills, customer service abilities, and overall trade knowledge.
What You’ll Learn & Do:
• Perform routine maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
• Assist with system inspections and basic diagnostics
• Learn proper use of tools, instruments, and safety procedures
• Develop customer communication and service skills
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces, vehicles, and job sites
• Build a strong foundation for advancement into a full-service technician role
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Dependable and punctual
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Mechanical aptitude or interest in hands-on work
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work in varying physical conditions (attics, crawlspaces, outdoors)
• Current enrollment in, or graduation from, an HVAC vocational or technical training program (required)
